1. Who we are
Dramara TV is provided by Salvador Paredes (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy covers the Dramara TV iOS app and the support and privacy pages operated for it. Contact us at zwf13517022221@icloud.com.
The app is intended for users in the Philippines aged 16 and over. Information associated with an account or a persistent device identifier may identify you even if you do not provide your real name.
2. Information the app uses
| Information | When and why it is processed |
|---|---|
| Account information | If you register, sign in, recover, or delete an account, the app sends the account name, password, and, where relevant, selected security question and answer. The service also supplies an account identifier and a session token. |
| Device and connection information | Requests include an app-generated persistent device identifier, device model, operating system and app version, language, region settings, time zone, display resolution, and request time. Services receiving requests also receive connection information such as your IP address. Region settings are not GPS location. |
| Search and content interactions | Search terms, requested series and episode identifiers, favorites, likes, and episode-unlock requests are sent to provide these features. Where available, rewards and invitation features send task identifiers, completion evidence, claim identifiers, and invitation codes. The current iOS app does not offer purchases or subscriptions. |
| Feedback and images | If you send feedback or a content request, the service receives your message, relevant title or episode details, and any image you select. The image is uploaded when selected, before the feedback message is submitted. Removing its preview does not by itself confirm deletion of the uploaded file from the server. |
| Support communications | If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, security answers, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive information. |
Account and device identifiers accompany many service requests. Information from those requests may therefore be associated with your account or device.
3. Why information is used
We use information to provide the services you request: browse and deliver video content, maintain optional account features such as favorites and likes, authenticate and recover accounts, process available rewards and episode access, and handle support and deletion requests. You can browse and watch without registering or signing in.
Optional photos are processed when you choose to attach them. You can withdraw camera permission in iOS Settings and contact support without providing an image. Requests concerning other consent-based processing can be sent to our privacy contact.
4. Information on your device and permissions
The app stores viewing history and playback positions, recent searches, preferences, session information, cached catalog information, and downloaded media on your device. Local history is distinct from search and episode requests sent to the service.
Information stored locally stays on your device. This is separate from information sent to the app servers. The persistent device identifier is stored in the iOS Keychain, has no expiry set by the app, and is not reset by the account deletion flow. It can remain after the app is uninstalled; uninstalling the app is not the same as deleting your account or server records.
The camera is used only when you choose to take a photo for feedback or a content request and grant permission. The system photo picker lets you select an image; the app does not need unrestricted access to your photo library. You can change camera permission in iOS Settings. You can still contact support without providing a photo.
The current iOS app does not request location, contacts, microphone, or advertising-tracking permission.
6. Retention and account deletion
We retain account-related information while your account is active to provide its features. When account deletion succeeds, we immediately delete your account and the personal data associated with that account from our service. There is no account-deletion waiting period.
Registered users can initiate account deletion in the app under Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot use the app, email support with an account deletion request and your account name. Do not send your password. Account ownership may need to be verified.
Local retention in the current iOS app
- Viewing history: up to 50 recently watched series in each content library, including the latest episode and playback position. Older entries are replaced when this limit is reached. You can remove entries from viewing history. No calendar-based expiry is set.
- Recent searches: up to 10 distinct recent search terms. Older terms are replaced when this limit is reached. You can clear them from the search screen. No calendar-based expiry is set.
- Downloaded episodes: remain in the app’s local storage until you delete the downloads or the app’s local data is removed. Account deletion does not itself trigger download removal.
- Login state: after a successful account deletion response, the app clears the saved account name, account identifier, and previous session token, then attempts to start a guest session. This can create a new guest identifier and token.
- Other local information: deleting an account does not automatically clear local viewing or search history, downloads, preferences, cached catalog data, or the Keychain device identifier. Use the separate history and download controls to remove local records. The Clear Cache option clears network response cache; it is not a complete data-erasure function.
Server records and uploaded images
Choosing a feedback image starts its upload immediately. Removing its preview or leaving the screen does not itself request deletion of the uploaded file. Account-associated uploads are covered by account deletion. For feedback, support correspondence, or data sent without a registered account, contact us to request deletion. We retain this information only as long as needed to handle the request or provide the relevant service.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Registration and sign-in are optional for browsing and watching. You can choose whether to use account features, submit feedback, attach photos, or contact support. Information necessary to deliver a requested service cannot be omitted while using that service.
Subject to applicable Philippine law and relevant exceptions, you may have rights to be informed about processing, access or correct your personal data, object to processing, request erasure or blocking, obtain a portable copy where applicable, withdraw consent for processing based on consent, and seek remedies. Contact us to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity; never send your password.
You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
8. Age requirements
Dramara TV is intended for people aged 16 and over. A store age rating is not an age-verification mechanism. If you believe an underage user has provided personal information, contact us so the concern can be investigated and addressed.
9. Security
No method of transmitting or storing information can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and keep your sign-in and security-recovery information private.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
